My Story
I am a senior chef with international experience shaped across different kitchens, cultures, and approaches to dining. My background includes running my own restaurant abroad, an experience that gave me a grounded understanding of quality, consistency, and what it takes to build and sustain a complete dining experience.
Over the years, I’ve worked across a range of environments – from international settings to refined professional kitchens in the UK, including private care, hotel dining, and Michelin-level service. Each stage has contributed to a disciplined yet creative approach to food, with a strong focus on detail, balance, and presentation.
Travel has played an important role in shaping my perspective. Experiencing different culinary cultures has influenced not only how I cook, but also how I understand the role of food in bringing people together in a more personal and meaningful way.
Today, my focus is on private dining experiences designed for intimate gatherings, families, and small groups who value quality and discretion. My approach is calm, adaptable, and centered around the people I cook for, rather than fixed formats or standard menus.
Alongside cooking, I have a natural appreciation for atmosphere and detail, which often allows me to notice and reflect the quieter moments that define a truly memorable dining experience.
My work is now focused on offering something more personal and considered-where food, setting, and experience come together in a way that feels natural, refined, and intentionally understated.
